- Shipping & Delivery
- We attempt to purchase shipping on your behalf that represents the best balance between speed and cost. Please advise if you have specific shipping requirements.
- Returns & Replacements
- Error Claims: It is our goal and expectation to serve our customers' requests to the best of our ability. Our engravers are experienced and knowledgeable professionals, and our equipment is state-of-the-art. We request that engraving orders be printed legibly or typed and that the customer sign the order form to indicate approval. If a change is required, such changes must be made in similar fashion. We regret that we cannot accept spelling modifications over the phone. If, upon receipt of your order, you should discover an error on our part, we will replace the order at no expense to you. If the error was on your part, we will replace the product at the regular price less 20% (twenty percent). All error claims must be made within two weeks of "ship date."
- Damage Claims: All shipments are insured. If your product is damaged, a claim must be filed within two weeks of shipment.
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be received within seventy-two hours of purchase.

- All prices are in US dollars. All orders are subject to approval. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks: Your order will ship after your check clears. Please allow up to 10 working days. Money Orders & Cash: We cannot be responsible for cash payment. Refunds: All refunds will be by company check after receipt of defective or damaged merchandise.
