SHIPPING INFO
We attempt to purchase shipping on
your behalf that represents the best
balance between speed and cost. If you have specific shipping requirements, call and make
arrangements.
Error Claims
It is our goal and expectation to service our customer's request
to the
best of our ability. Our engravers are experienced and knowledgeable professionals, and
our equipment is state of the art . In our long experience we have discovered that many
characters are easily confused (a,o,u,v,h,b,
etc). Therefore, we request that engraving orders be printed legibly if handwritten or
that they be typed and that the customer sign the order form to indicate approval. If a
change is required, such changes must be made in similar fashion. We regret that we cannot
accept spelling modifications over the phone. If, upon receipt of your order, you should
discover that we have made an error, we will reproduce the order at no further expense to
you. If the error was not our fault, we will reproduce the piece at the regular price less
20% (twenty per cent). All error claims must be made within two weeks of "ship
date".
Damage Claims
All shipments will be made insured. If your product is damaged by
shipping,
claims must be made within two weeks of the "ship date".
Cancellation Notice
Order cancellations must be made two weeks prior to scheduled
"ship date". Orders cancelled within this window will receive a full refund
(please allow two weeks for paper processing). Since engraved products are all
custom-made to your specifications, we will require payment in full for orders cancelled
after the cancellation date has passed.
